Surah Al-Lahab Al-Masad or is a letter to all 111 in the Qur'an. This surah consists of 5 verses and included a letter makiyyah. The name of this letter is taken from the word Al Lahab contained in the third paragraph of this letter which means the volatility of fire. Main contents of this letter is about the fate of one of the Prophet Muhammad's uncle Abu Lahab and his wife who was threatened with the doom of Fire.

Relationship with Al Ikhlash Al Lahab



Surat Al Lahab suggest that polytheism was not being maintained and will not win even though its supporters to work hard. Surat Al Ikhlash argue that Islam is monotheistic in the purely monotheistic.
